The JAILS has framed their own rules namely “JAILS RULES 2021” with a view to safeguard the interest of parties and enable parties to amicably resolve their disputes.The Rules of JAILS encourage speedy and expeditious disposal of claims referred to the Institution.
Further the rules contain the Emergency Arbitration in order to provide for theurgent needs of the parties by granting interim and conservatory relief.
